Owned and run by Amy and Josh
Class Act started with a simple idea: build the kind of small home you'd want for your own mom. Today we operate two residential homes in Mesa, Arizona — about 10 residents in each, with the same care team every day.
Most assisted living in Arizona is run by national operators. We're not. Amy and Josh are the owners, and they're at the homes most days — meeting families, hiring caregivers, sometimes cooking dinner. That's the comfortable-home difference: the people who set the standards are the people who hold them.
We named the homes Los Alamos House and Glencove House after the streets they sit on. They're not facilities; they're houses with bedrooms, a real kitchen, a dining table, and a back patio. About 10 residents live in each, with a 1-to-5 caregiver ratio and awake staff every hour of the night.
