When you contact us through the website — for example by requesting a tour, calling or texting us, or sending an email — you may share your name, phone number, email address, the name of the person you're looking for care for, expected move-in timing, and anything else you choose to tell us. - To follow up by phone, email, or text about your inquiry.
- To keep the website working and protect it from abuse.
- If your loved one becomes a resident, the information you share becomes part of their resident record and is handled under Arizona assisted-living regulations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We share information only with:
- The Class Act care team, owners, and our registered nurse.
- Service providers who help us run the website, our messaging tools, and our email — under confidentiality obligations.
