Your monthly rate at Class Act is based on the level of care your loved one needs, and ranges from $5,000 to $7,000 a month. Within that rate, everything is included — we don't add separate fees for everyday care. After a simple care assessment, you'll know your exact rate, and that's the number you can plan around.
How families pay
Most families cover the cost through private pay, long-term care insurance, or VA benefits. We're a veteran-friendly home and accept VA benefits — see our guide to VA Aid & Attendance.
What's included every month

- Help with bathing, dressing, and mobility

What affects your rate
The more day-to-day support your loved one needs, the more their rate reflects that. Higher-acuity needs and memory care for Alzheimer's or dementia generally fall toward the upper end of the range. We'll show you exactly where your loved one lands after a care assessment — no surprises, no hidden line items.
